According to the YouControl service, Ola Fine LLC is also associated with Max Krippa. While businessman Vadym Stolar owns 80% of Parus Holding LLC through the Genesis fund, the remaining 20% belongs to his ex-wife Inna Maistruk through the Stream Investment fund. Parus Holding LLC owns the Parus shopping and office center in the center of Kyiv, which is a Class A business center with 33 floors and a total area of approximately 70,000 sqm, of which 50,000 sqm is leasable.
This is not the first purchase for Maxim Krippa in Ukrainian business.
